DAY 2 — Thursday 31st December • New Year's Eve

• 11:00 Optional seafront walk and a visit to Bournemouth pier
• 13:00 Light lunch
• 16:00 Children's party with games, balloon drop and a chocolate fountain
• 19:30 Black-tie New Year's Eve gala dinner — six courses paired with our exclusive Spanish cava
• 23:00 Live music, dancing and bubbles in the ballroom
• 23:55 Champagne toast on the seafront terrace as the fireworks light up Bournemouth Bay
• 00:30 Late-night supper and dancing until 2am
